Welcome to the City of White Plains online tax and water system!

You can now pay your property taxes online by Credit / Debit Card or by e-check. Please note that a convenience fee will be added to your bill. The convenience fee for credit / debit card payments is 2.39% of the total payment amount. The fee for an e-check payment is $1.00. The City does not receive these fees, they are remitted directly to the vendor.

Please click on the "Real Estate Property Taxes" or "Utility Bills" button on the left to begin. Note: Water bills can only be viewed and cannot be paid on-line at this time.
